Shop Commander Docs
Shop Commander puts all your stores, traffic, refunds, affiliate sales and ad spend in one orders heat map. Start by connecting a store. There are two ways to do it.
Two ways to connect a store
- The WordPress plugin (ShopCommander Connector). Install it on your WooCommerce store, click Connect, approve, done. Orders arrive in real time with no API keys, and your heat map lives right inside WordPress. The web dashboard still works too. WordPress plugin guide
- API connection from the Shop Commander dashboard. Nothing to install on the store: paste a read-only API key and Shop Commander pulls orders on a schedule. Built for agencies and client stores. API connection guide
Which one should I use?

You can mix both on one account: your own store by plugin, client stores by API.
After you connect
- Add analytics to see visitors next to orders. Connect Google Analytics 4, Matomo, or both at the same time, for example GA4 on one store and Matomo on another. Hover any day to see the visitor count from each one. Available on paid plans.
- Add affiliate data from Awin to see affiliate sales and commission by day. Available on Growth plans and up.
- Invite your team or, on Agency plans, give clients their own logins to see just their stores.
- Turn on daily health reports in Profile → Daily Health Email Reports.
